You must notify jilix support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jilix is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. jilix reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
jilix accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and Philippine debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jilix platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jilix's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the jilix platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jilix account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilix does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilix is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions beyond jilix's reasonable control, including but not limited to GCash or Maya service outages.
jilix collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the jilix Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering a jilix account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jilix Privacy Policy.
jilix will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or as necessary to process your transactions (e.g., sharing payment data with GCash or Maya to process deposits and withdrawals).
jilix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilix will notify registered players via the email address associated with their jilix account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jilix platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jilix support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jilix will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
